HAVANA TIMES, August 7 – The 2009 El Rotilla Festival will welcome 16 DJs from Cuba in the Havana beach resort of Jibacoa from August 14-16, reported IPS on Friday. The event includes, in addition to the presentation of electronic music, concerts by hip-hop and rock bands, performances, video art and the screening of films.
