ALBA Summit in Cuba concludes

HAVANA TIMES, Dec. 14 – The 8th Summit of the Bolivarian Alternative for the Americas (ALBA) will conclude today at the Cuban capital’s Convention Centre, reported IPS.  The delegations of the nine member countries of this regional integration mechanism focused their discussions on subjects such as the global economic crisis and climate change.
