Bishop Says Changes Should Be Discussed

HAVANA TIMES, April 1 – “One must not be afraid of the word change, since life itself is a manifestation of change,” affirmed Dionisio García, new president of the Conference of Catholic Bishops of Cuba. The priest pointed out that those transformations in the country, about which there are many opinions, should be “at the service of persons in our society.”
