Castro Adds Russia to Asian Tour

HAVANA TIMES — Cuban President Raul Castro will travel tomorrow (Wednesday) to Russia on an official visit after today completing four days in Vietnam, reported the Prensa Latina news agency.

Castro will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev, in addition to paying a tribute to the revolutionary Bolshevik leader Vladimir Ilich Lenin as part of the official agenda.

The president is making this tour, which began with a visit to China, accompanied by the Cuban vice president of the Council of Ministers, Ricardo Cabrisas; and Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez.
