Castro Gov. Replaces 38 Ambassadors

HAVANA TIMES, August 9 – Cuban President Raul Castro swore in 38 new ambassadors at the Plaza of the Revolution in Havana. Cuba has diplomatic relations with 181 countries, including all those in the Americas except the United States.

The Caribbean island has diplomatic missions in 119 of those countries, reported IPS.
