Castro meets with Colombian senator

HAVANA TIMES, Aug. 13 — Former Cuban President Fidel Castro met with Colombian Senator Piedad Córdoba, who is the leader of the Colombians for Peace Movement, Cuba’s state-run press reported.  During the meeting they dealt with issues related to the peace process in the South American country.  Castro agreed to meet again with Córdoba and other Colombian leaders next Sunday, reported IPS.
