Catholic Church Opens New Seminary

HAVANA TIMES, Nov. 3 — The Cuban Catholic Church will inaugurate today the new San Carlos y San Ambrosio Seminary to the east of the island’s capital, the first major construction work it has been able to carry out after 1959, the Conference of Catholic Bishops reported. The installation will replace the former seminary by the same name, located in the historic centre of the Cuban capital, which will be turned into a cultural center, reported IPS.
