Cuba-EU Call Off Dialogue Meeting

HAVANA TIMES, March 31 — A meeting of foreign ministers of the European Union and Cuba on political bilateral dialogue set for April 6 in Madrid was indefinitely suspended reported IPS.   The decision comes at a time of differences over the human rights situation on the island, whereby the EU criticizes Cuba, which in turn shuns meddling in its internal affairs.
