Cuba Gov. to Free 10 More Political Prisoners

HAVANA TIMES, March 11 — The Cuban government will release another 10 political prisoners, among them Oscar Elías Bicet, who decided to remain on the island, the Havana Archbishopric announced. With the release of Bicet, only three of the 75 dissidents tried in 2003 remain in prison, reported IPS.
