Cuba High Court to Hear Alan Gross Appeal

HAVANA TIMES, July 7 — Cuba’s Supreme Court will convene on July 22 to hear the annulment motion presented by Alan Gross, a US citizen sentenced in March to 15 years in prison for crimes against the security of Cuba.

Gross, his attorney and officials at the US Interests Section in Havana were notified Thursday morning of the upcoming court date, reported cubadebate.cu.
