Cuba Marlin Fishing Tourney in May

HAVANA TIMES – The 63rd edition of the  Ernest Hemingway International Fishing Tournament will be held from 20 to 25 of May, organized by the International Hemingway Club founded in 1992 and Cuba’s Marlin marina company.

According to Prensa Latina, five boats or teams have already reserved participation from France, Canada, Venezuela and Italy, but organizers expect a significant increase in the coming months.

The event uses the standardized marking and releasing method, as stipulated by the International Fishing Organization, which includes the Havana event in its official annual calendar, with points issued to the competitors.
