Cuba Reduces Oil Consumption But…

HAVANA TIMES, Oct. 6 – Cuba managed to reduce its oil consumption by half the excess beyond its budget possibilities, but inconsistent application of measures have so far kept it from reaching its savings goal.  The information came Monday from Yadira Garcia, minister of Basic Industry in a meeting with authorities from five provinces, reported IPS.
