Cuba Reforms Text to Hit Newsstands

HAVANA TIMES, May 7 — The final draft of the economic reforms approved by the VI Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba will hit the newsstands in tabloid form as of Monday May 9th, reported the official press on Saturday.

Besides the text of the reforms themselves, another 48-page document to be sold includes the reasoning behind the changes made in the initial “guidelines” document, presented to the 1,000 congress delegates and the population in general.

The tabloid with the reforms text has a price of one Cuban peso (US 0.04) while the document with the justifications costs two Cuban pesos.
