Cuba Sends VP Lazo to Argentina

HAVANA TIMES, Oct. 29 — Cuban Vice President Esteban Lazo traveled to Argentina to present to the government and people of that country the condolences for the death of former President Nestor Kirchner. Both nations have experienced an improvement in bilateral relations in recent years, since Kirchner’s arrival to the Pink House in 2003 and after that of current President Cristina Fernández, a harmony tainted only by the differences in the case of Cuban neurosurgeon Hilda Molina, reported IPS.
