Cuba Springs Forward 60-Minutes March 19/20

HAVANA TIMES, Cubans will push their clocks ahead an hour on Saturday March 19 at midnight as Daylight Savings Time 2011 begins Sunday March 20 on the island.

Normal Time will be reinstated on the last Sunday of October.

Cuba is one of some 70 countries that use Daylight Savings Time. As of Sunday March 20th the island will be -4 hours GMT instead of -5.
