Cuba-US to Resume Migration Talks

HAVANA TIMES, Nov. 18 – Representatives of the Cuban and U.S. governments are analyzing the possibility of carrying out the second round of their migration talks in Havana, after the meeting they held last July in New York, announced a Department of State spokesperson, reported on by IPS.
