Cuban Christian Women Write Obama

HAVANA TIMES, Nov. 28 – A group of Cuban evangelical women sent a letter to U.S. President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle requesting the review of the case of the Cuban Five imprisoned in the United States charged with espionage, who Cuba considers fighters against terrorism, reported the Caminos portal.

According to the letter, a gesture by the Obama couple “could change the insecure destiny of these men, allowing them to return to their homes, with their families, to enjoy the same wellbeing and rejoicing that you experience together with your two daughters.”
