HAVANA TIMES, June 4 — Cuban President Raul Castro and his Paraguayan counterpart Fernando Lugo met on Wednesday in Havana to discuss bilateral relations as well as regional and global issues.
Upon arriving to Cuba on Tuesday, Lugo thanked the Caribbean nation for the hundreds of scholarships granted to Paraguayan young people studying at the Latin American School of Medicine based in Havana.
