HAVANA TIMES, July 21 – European Commissioner for Foreign Relations Benita Ferrero-Waldner expressed her wish to “deepen the political dialogue with Cuba,” with a view to strengthening relations with the island, in statements to the press in Buenos Aires. Ferrero-Waldner, who should arrive to the Caribbean country on Thursday, pointed to food security, trade, the environment and technological research as areas of bilateral cooperation.
