EU Commissioner in Cuba for Important Talks

HAVANA, Oct. 22 – Cuba and the European Union (EU) will be discussing a framework cooperation agreement during the 3-day visit to Havana by Louis Michel, European Commissioner for Development and Humanitarian Aid, which began on Wednesday. Such an agreement would be the first step to establish a working program that defines concrete projects, five years after cooperation relations were broken off.
