EU Sending Hurricane Mission to Cuba

HAVANA TIMES, Nov. 11 – Next week the European Union (EU) will send a technical mission to Cuba to assess the damage caused by hurricane Paloma with the aim of assigning additional humanitarian aid if necessary, announced European Commissioner for Development Louis Michel on Monday, reported IPS.
