Fidel Castro Met with Ecuadorian VP

HAVANA TIMES, Jan. 5 – Former Cuban President Fidel Castro met last Dec. 29 with Ecuadorian Vice President Lenín Moreno. Castro said that the island would back the new National Program for the Prevention of Disabilities, a continuation of the diagnosis done through the Manuela Espejo brigades, reportó IPS.
