HAVANA TIMES, Sept. 23 – Former Cuban President Fidel Castro had words of praise for US President Obama on Tuesday for “having the courage of no other US president” to say what he did about the need to act to detain climate change. Obama spoke on the eve of the UN General Assembly meeting, reported IPS.
