Four More Prisoners to be Released

HAVANA TIMES, Sept. 18 — The Cuban government will release another four political prisoners, out of the 75 detained in 2003, Orlando Márquez, spokesman of the Havana Archbishopric, announced. With this group, 36 dissidents have been released in this process, reported IPS.
