Havana Weather for Jan. 13-19

HAVANA TIMES, January 13 — The weather for the next three days will be influenced by a cold front that hit on Wednesday, January 12.  Starting Saturday we will feel the influence of a continental high pressure system. The arrival of another cold front is expected on Wednesday, January 19.

Maximum temperatures are expected to fluctuate between 27°C (81°F) and 22°C(72°F), while the minimum temperatures should range between 16°C (61°F) and 20°C (68°F).

The winds will be moderate until Friday, with speeds of between 20 and 30 km/h (32-48 mph).  The rest of the week these will be variably weak with speeds of between 5 and 15 km/h (8-24 mph).

The sea temperature will be 22°C (72°F). Strong surf is expected until Friday night.

Summarizing, we will have a week of cool temperatures, which will begin rising as we get further into the week, and little probability of rain.
