HAVANA TIMES – The prevalence of dry air in the lower layers of the atmosphere means a low chance of rain during the first half of the term. The sky will be partly cloudy, although some isolated showers may occur, especially in southern areas of Havana.

Winds will be northeasterly with speeds between 25 and 30 km/h, and then take a turn from the southeast in the second half of the period, increasing slightly in speed.

High temperatures will be between 27 and 29° C (81 and 84 F) and the lows will be between 19 and 20° C (66 and 68 F).  The sea surface temperature will be stable at 25° C (77 F).

Relevant weather conditions:

A cold front over Florida and the northern Gulf of Mexico approaches the westernmost region of Cuba, this system will move southeast during the next 24 hours and then will become stationary. However, the arrival of a new cold front on the weekend is expected.
