Meteorological conditions
Hurricane Matthew is moving away from the east of Cuba, at about 12 mph, although weakened, it still has very strong winds and a broad band of cloud and rain associated. Also in the Atlantic, about 830 km northeast of San Juan, Puerto Rico, is Tropical Storm Nicole, which will continue with little change in its structure during the next hours. East of the Lesser Antilles a tropical wave moves westward, which will cause disruptions in weather conditions when it reaches the Caribbean.
