Japan-Cuba Pen Cooperation Agreement

HAVANA TIMES, Oct. 15 – The governments of Cuba and Japan signed a technical cooperation agreement to boost joint work and facilitate the Caribbean country’s access to Japanese aid, reported IPS on Thursday.

Tokyo has especially provided collaboration in the training of professionals, in addition to participating in four projects in the areas of agriculture, environmental management and aquiculture.
