Migratory Flow from Cuba to Ecuador Stops

HAVANA TIMES, Feb. 1 – The flow of Cuban emigrants to Ecuador stopped in 2010, after the measures taken by that country’s government to face the fraudulent marriages and the corruption in immigration procedures, affirmed Ricardo Patiño, that South American country’s foreign minister, reported IPS.
