New Direct Flights from Portugal to Cayo Coco

HAVANA TIMES — A new direct air route opened on Tuesday between Lisbon and the Jardines del Rey resort, north of Ciego de Avila, reported the Cuban News Agency.

The first flight of Aeroatlantic airlines arrived at Cayo Coco airport with 276 passengers on board, mostly Portuguese, Italian and Swiss, while the next flights have already sold out.

The weekly flights to one of the main tourist spots on the island will continue until September 15th.
