Rare May Hurricane Struck in Oaxaca, Mexico

HAVANA TIMES – In Mexico, at least 11 people have died and 20 are missing after Hurricane Agatha triggered flooding and mudslides in the state of Oaxaca. Agatha was the strongest hurricane to ever hit Mexico during the month of May.
