HAVANA TIMES, Feb. 22 — President Raul Castro heads the Cuban delegation to a Unity Summit of Latin American and Caribbean nations to take place on Monday and Tuesday in the Mexican resort city of Cancun. Also taking place simultaneously is a meeting of the Rio Group. The earthquake recovery effort in Haiti and the status of Honduras are two of several issues to be discussed.
