UNICEF Praises Cuba’s Programs for Adolescents

HAVANA TIMES, March 3 – Cuba has a special program for the education and protection of adolescence, underlined José Juan Ortiz, UNICEF representative on the island, when presenting in this capital the annual statistical report of that agency, titled Adolescence: A Time of Opportunities, reported IPS.
