HAVANA TIMES, Jan. 19 – The year 2009 closed as one of the 10 hottest reported in Cuba since 1951, registering a mean temperature of 25.93 degrees Celsius (78.67 F), reported Ramón Pérez, of the Climate Centre of the Institute of Meteorology.
