HAVANA TIMES, April 11 – Old Havana is the venue for the 14th International Dance in Urban Settings Festival from April 15-19, to take place in parks, plazas and museums.
The event includes street theater, dance, and performance art, all parallel to normal life in the historic part of the capital.
For five days, locals and visitors will have the opportunity to enjoy outdoor presentations. The festival also coincides with the Havana Biennial art exhibitions both in many locales in Old Havana and at the San Carlos de la Cabaña Fortress across Havana Bay.
The following photos are from participants in past years from Norway, Mexico, Spain, Puerto Rico and Cuba as the host country. Havana Times will be on the scene for this year’s festival, so stay tuned for some great photos.
