HAVANA TIMES, April 27— Cubans are not small but they sure looked it on Wednesday on Old Havana’s Obispo St.

The reason was a second visit to the island by Sultán Kosen, of Turkey, the tallest person in the world (8 ft. 3 in.)

The big man is in Havana as a guest of the Cuba-Amor Foundation from Holland.

During his visit Kosen met this week with Cuba’s Guinness record holder for cigar rolling José Castelar.  He also plans a visit to the Havana Oncology Hospital.
