HAVANA TIMES — The northwest Caribbean Sea is currently in a low pressure area with cloudy skies and scattered thunder storms. The system has a good chance of becoming a tropical cyclone in the coming days, and is expected to bring rains to the western portion of the country through Saturday, when the weather will improve significantly.
Thus, we can expect some rain on Thursday and Friday, but the rest of the term fine weather with sunny and partly cloudy days.
High temperatures will average 31° C (88 F) and the lows 23° C (73 F).
The winds will be variable weak until Sunday when they will blow from the east.
The sea surface temperature will reach 29° C (84 F).
