Alfonso X Wows Crowds in Berlin

HAVANA TIMES — Performances by Cuban musician X Alfonso and his band were well received at the La Cueva cultural center, in the Germanic capital, as part of the group’s current European tour, reported the Prensa Latina news agency.

The two recent Berlin concerts given by the singer were applauded by large Cuban, Latino and German crowds. These concerts will be followed by others in Sweden in late August and September.

At the headquarters of the “Vistels CelloMusikSalon” lounge, also in the German capital, the musician held a friendly meeting with locally-residing artists, who included Cuban concert artist Douglas Vistel, German pianist Almuth Krause Vistel, Chilean singer-songwriter Nicolas Micah and Cuban rapper Raulin.

The exchange was also attended by Hector Corcho Morales, the manager of cultural affairs at the Cuban Embassy in that European country.
