Amnesty International on Cuba

HAVANA TIMES, May 28 — Amnesty International recognized in a report released in London that the US blockade on Cuba has a negative effect on the general population. At the same time the organization maintains that restrictions on civil and political rights on the island remained unchanged in 2008, reported IPS.
