Barge Sinks in Naval Accident

HAVANA TIMES, Nov. 23 – A barge carrying 800 tons of sugar sunk after colliding with a merchant ship in waters to the north of the central region of Cuba, the Ministry of Transportation reported today. There were no fatal victims or wounded in the accident, reported IPS.
