HAVANA TIMES, July 22 — Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa arrived in Havana on Thursday and met with Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez and hosts Fidel and Raul Castro.
Correa had made an unplanned trip to Cuba to see Chavez who is undergoing chemotherapy treatment in the Cuban capital a month after having a cancerous tumor removed.
