Cuba-CARICOM Meeting Begins

HAVANA TIMES, Sept. 17 — The 3rd Cuba-Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Meeting at the foreign ministers level will begin today in the Cuban capital, the local press reported. The representatives of the 15 Caribbean nations and the host country will debate at the meeting cooperation in areas such as the environment and support for Haiti’s recovery, reported IPS.
