Cuba Committed to Protect Underwater Heritage

HAVANA TIMES, Jan. 23 – Cuba is one of the 20 nations in the world that have ratified the Convention on the Protection of the Underwater Cultural Heritage, established by UNESCO eight years ago, and has begun several conservation projects, reported IPS.
