Cuba demands developed countries’ commitment on climate change

HAVANA TIMES, Dec. 9 – Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodríguez considered that “the industrialized countries have to assume the obligations that link, quantify and are most ambitious in the reduction of their emissions” of greenhouse gases to face climate change, when speaking at the Conference on this subject being held in Cancun, Mexico, reported IPS.
