HAVANA TIMES, Sept. 19 – More than 1,100 doctors and health technicians from Cuba will travel to Venezuela to back the Barrio Adentro neighborhood and community health program, a pillar of the government of Hugo Chavez to guarantee medical care for the low-income population, reported IPS.
