HAVANA TIMES — Honduran President Juan Orlando Hernandez announced today that his country will fully normalize diplomatic ties with Venezuela and Cuba, reported EFE.
In a statement from his press office Hernandez said that his administration “is working on reviving the relationships in a matter of a few weeks so we are totally reinserted into the entire international community.”
The president added that at the summit of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States held last January in Havana, Raul Castro expressed his “willingness” to “normalize relations with Honduras.”
