HAVANA TIMES, Oct. 31 — Alfredo Morales Cartaya, Cuba’s former minister of Labor and Social Security died on Saturday in Havana after suffering a heart attack, informed the cubadebate.cu website. Morales Cartaya, 62, was elected to the Central Committee of the Cuban Communist Party and was also a member of the country’s parliament.
