HAVANA TIMES — Nearly ten years since its last appearance on the island, the famous music group Habana Abierta will return to the stage on October 5 when it gives a capital city concert at the Salon Rosado de la Tropical, wrote one of the band’s members, Vanito Brown, on his Facebook page.

This reunion with the Cuban public had been scheduled for two nights at the Karl Marx Theater; however, Vanito explained that the performance had to be moved to La Tropical “because of technical reasons beyond our control.”

Habana Abierta will return playing their greatest hits from their albums Habana Abierta, 24 horas and Boomerang, in addition to other new songs.
