Humanitarian Caravan to Cuba Ready

HAVANA TIMES, July 20 — The latest Pastors for Peace Friendshipment Caravan to Cuba is set to once again break the US Blockade on Cuba and “cross the border with 100 tons of humanitarian aid for the Cuban people.”

Pastors for Peace is a project of the Interreligious Foundation for Community Organization IFCO.  It’s leaders will hold a press conference at noon on Tuesday in McAllen, Texas.   On the following day the 85 caravan members will cross the Mexican border on route to Havana.  This will be the group’s 21st shipment to the neighboring Caribbean island.
