HAVANA TIMES — Some 70 works by 50 artists from Latin America are on display during this year’s Havana International Film Festival at the Pavilion Cuba here in the capital, reported the Prensa Latina news agency.
“Latin America: Images of a Collection” presents works by artists who have participated in the 11 editions of the Havana Biennial since 1984.
Nearly three decades of history and avant-garde art in Latin America appear in the walls of the exhibition in the form of paintings, prints, photographs, mixed media pieces, sculptures, installations, art-objects, ceramics, posters and videos.
